How to use UK Business List Search

To use our search, simply enter one or more of:

  • a classification, e.g. accountants, printers;
    AND/OR
  • a location, e.g. London, SW19.

The following can be accepted in the location field.

A locality, town, county or region name, e.g. Abingdon, Oxford, or Oxfordshire

The first part of a postcode, e.g. B, OX, W8, EH8.

If you don't find the results you are looking for, try the following:

  • Check your spelling.
    OR
  • Search again, filling in fewer search fields for a wider set of results or filling in more search fields for fewer results.
    OR
  • Search a different geographical area. Search a wider area to get more results or search a smaller area to get fewer, more localised results.

There are around 2,500 different classifications in the UK Business List Search. If you don't get the results you expect, try using alternative related classification names (e.g. Use the word Internet if you find no results under Web Designers).

Our search system will be technically enhanced in the near future to provide more comprehensive features, such as company name search, spelling mistake suggested categories etc.

Your Listing

All businesses in the UK are eligible for a free listing within our directory. Free listings consist of a company name, address and telephone number, description, website link, email link, with one entry per postal location in a relevant classification.

To apply for a free listing, complete our online application form.

To register company subsidiaries or branch locations you will be required to register with a separate email address.

To amend an existing listing, please login to your account area and modify as required.
